Godinin puheenvuorot, kuten "Leadership vs. Management" ja "How to Get Your Ideas to Spread", käsittelevät johtamisen ja hallinnan eroja sekä markkinoinnin muuttuneita käytäntöjä.
Hänen esiintymisensä, kuten "Laws of Valuation", tarjoaa syvällistä tietoa siitä, kuinka yritysten elinkaaret vaikuttavat niiden strategisiin päätöksiin.
Esimerkiksi Jim Collinsin "The X Factor of Truly Great Leadership" ja Simon Sinekin "Great Leadership According to an Optimist" tarjoavat syvällistä pohdintaa johtajuudesta ja siitä, mitä vaaditaan menestyvän tiimin rakentamiseen.

Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae: Tough Decisions in the Boardroom – People, Priorities and Courage

Experienced board chair Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae shares how she approaches difficult decisions: letting executives go, pushing back on pet projects, using AI in the boardroom, and building the courage to decide.
Key learning points:
1️⃣ Don't delay difficult people decisions. Keeping someone in a role they can't succeed in is unfair to them, so give the CEO a deadline to decide.
2️⃣ Make sure the right person is in the right place at the right time. Part ways respectfully and you may hire the same person again later for a better-fitting role.
3️⃣ Put numbers behind every priority. Twenty priorities means none, and putting a number on each initiative quickly shows which matter. Park pet projects instead of trying to kill them.
4️⃣ Bring disagreement into the board. Nordic boards tend to avoid conflict, and international members can spark better discussions.
5️⃣ AI won't make decisions easier. It can produce more good options, but leaders still have to make the call and take responsibility.
