Aiven might just be the company that has leveraged Slush for raising funding the most efficiently. In 2018, the company turned to the Matchmaking Tool and raised a Series A round led by Earlybird. In 2019, they came back for more, and left with a €40M Series B led by IVP. The database-as-a-service company, now valued at close to €2B, is quickly becoming Finland’s next big tech success story.
