Accessibility Statement

This statement was prepared on 27 September 2026. It explains how accessible the Innohub.fi website is, which limitations we know of and how you can give us feedback. If there is any discrepancy, the Finnish version prevails.

1. Scope

This statement covers the Innohub.fi website: articles, tools and calculators, Innohub TV and podcast pages, and the Innohub shop (product pages, cart and checkout). The service is provided by InnoVisual Oy, Business ID 3526875-2, Välikatu 6, 62900 Alajärvi, Finland.

It does not cover third-party services that we link to or embed on our pages (for example the payment provider's checkout page and the YouTube and Spotify players). They publish their own accessibility information.

2. Conformance status

Innohub.fi is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. The limitations listed below are the reason the site does not yet conform in every respect.

Accessibility has been assessed through self-assessment during development. No comprehensive third-party audit or screen reader testing has been carried out yet.

3. Legal status

InnoVisual Oy is a micro-enterprise (fewer than 10 employees and turnover under €2 million). The micro-enterprise exemption for service providers under the European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882, and its national implementation applies to us, including our online shop. We still publish this statement voluntarily because we want the site to be usable by everyone.

4. Known limitations

• Embedded videos and podcasts play in third-party players, and not every video has captions or a text alternative.
• Some calculators, maps and charts do not convey all of their information to screen readers as text.
• Some content has been compiled or translated automatically or with the help of AI, so language versions may contain shortcomings.
• Shop payments are made on the payment provider's checkout page, whose accessibility is the payment provider's responsibility.
• The AI assistant's chat window is loaded from a separate service only when you open it. If you accept marketing, it loads as soon as the page opens. Its keyboard and screen reader support is still being improved.
• Downloadable files, such as PDF documents, may not be accessible.

5. Feedback and contact

If you notice an accessibility problem or cannot access some content, please tell us at hello@innohub.fi. Include the page address and describe the problem. We can also provide the content to you in an accessible format.

We aim to respond to feedback within a reasonable time and to fix problems as soon as possible. Feedback is handled as part of our normal quality work on the site.

6. Updates to this statement

We update this statement when changes that affect accessibility are made to the site or when the results of our assessment change.
