The biggest bottleneck to growth of startups is talent, 30 CEOs wrote in an open letter to Europe’s policymakers last week. In an exclusive Slush session, three signatories of the letter, Johannes Schildt, CEO of KRY, Martin Mignot, Partner at Index Ventures and Taavet Hinrikus, co-founder of TransferWise, share why they believe Europe’s policymakers must urgently take action.
