McKinsey & Company brings together business strategy, organisational change and the adoption of new technology. Its videos move between an individual company's reinvention and broader questions about economic conditions, industries and leadership. AI appears in that mix as a management subject, with attention to agents, risk and the direction of future development.
The leadership topics are often phrased as questions about people. A team's apparent resistance may be discussed in terms of fear, while other videos consider helping colleagues through hardship or leading when change feels threatening. This strand places the emotional experience of organisational change beside questions of performance and achievement. It gives managers material for thinking about how a strategic decision is experienced by the people expected to carry it out.
The business examples range from LATAM Airlines' reinvention to changing conditions in real estate. Risk management provides another concrete thread: videos consider AI in risk work and the use of a digital twin for non-financial risks. Broader economic discussion appears in a treatment of the global balance sheet, while social entrepreneurship extends the selection beyond conventional corporate growth.
Executives, team leaders and viewers studying business can use the channel to explore how these subjects intersect. A company example offers a specific point of entry; a leadership question brings the discussion back to everyday management; an economic overview widens the frame. The result is a selection suited to people who want to connect technology and strategy with organisational behaviour, rather than approach each as an entirely separate field.
