Greg Isenberg looks at AI through the eyes of someone searching for products to build and services to sell. Software businesses, agent deployment, freelance work and new development tools recur throughout the channel. The emphasis is on possible commercial uses: how a capability might become a workflow, an offering or the basis of a business.
The formats include courses, masterclasses, tool walkthroughs and reactions to product announcements. One course is presented around constructing a software factory, while a masterclass examines work deploying AI agents. Other videos take an announcement or an emerging tool as the starting point for a discussion of business opportunities. This gives the channel a mixture of instruction and entrepreneurial interpretation.
A recurring question is how much of an existing job can be handled with AI. A video about freelance assignments considers using models to carry out paid tasks; another turns to writing and the problem of generic AI output. Interest in local AI and collections of GitHub projects adds a more technical strand. These examples connect the search for revenue with choices about tools and the quality of what those tools produce.
The material is aimed at founders, independent builders and people exploring AI services. Its revenue figures and large market estimates belong to the opportunities proposed in the videos, rather than establishing what a viewer will earn. The useful starting point is the business question behind each proposal: who has a task to complete, how could the work change, and what would a customer actually buy? Viewers interested in generating and examining such ideas will find that orientation throughout the channel.

In this solo episode, I walk through eight GitHub repos and AI skills that I test at night and on weekends. The list covers launch videos, social research, local voice and dubbing, editable decks, agent teams, lead-magnet tools, idea stress-testing, and design guidance. For each one, I explain what it does, how I'd set it up, and one concrete way to use it to make money or run a business more easily. Most are free to download, and you pay for the model you run them with.

Key Points
• Most of these tools are free to download, and the main cost is the model you run them with.
• Work I do for someone up front, like a launch video or a design fix, starts a conversation in place of a cold email.
• Posts on Reddit, X, and YouTube show tasks people still do by hand, and a small tool can fix them.
• Translated onboarding videos make a recurring monthly service for other companies.
• Grill Me logs my assumptions so I check them with a real customer before I build.
• Ten clients at $1,000 a month is $10,000 a month, and that cash flow funds the move from services to technology.
Numbered Section Summaries
1. Brag
I start with Brag, a skill that turns your project or a website link into a short launch video with music, motion, and post copy. I use Brag Slim, which is designed for Opus 5.5. You pick vertical, square, or landscape and redo any scene that feels off.
2. Agent Reach
Agent Reach sets up the tools your agent needs to research a topic across YouTube, Reddit, and X. I use it for customer research. I search phrases like "I export it," "I copy this into," and "does anyone know a workaround," then talk to the people behind the posts.
3. Voice Studio
Voice Studio is a desktop app for AI voice work, similar to 11 Labs. It runs local models on your own hardware, so a faster computer helps. It generates speech, works from a recording of your own voice, and dubs video into other languages. I'd start with a short recording of myself, then translate the tutorials behind the three most common support questions, with a fluent speaker checking the result.
4. PPT Master
PPT Master turns documents or notes into an editable presentation, and it accepts your own company template. I'd test it first on a proposal I already wrote, with the private information removed, so I know what a good result looks like.
5. OpenRig
OpenRig organizes coding agents into a team, so one agent builds a change, another checks it, and the work passes between them. It works with Codex and Claude Code, runs on Mac or Linux with Node and Tmux, and changes some agent settings, so read those before you run it.
6. Free Tools
Free Tools is a skill from Corey Haynes's marketing collection. It helps you work out what to build and give away to attract the right customers. A skill is a reusable set of instructions for your agent, sometimes with scripts and examples, so you stop rewriting giant prompts every time.
7. Grill Me
Grill Me, a skill by Matt Pocock, interviews you about an idea or decision in rounds and follows up on your answers. I'd use it before I build something I'm excited about, because that's when I skip the awkward questions.
8. Impeccable
Impeccable, built by Paul Bakaus, gives coding agents specific design guidance once you tell it who the product is for. It has commands like critique, polish, bolder, and quieter. I'd run critique on a page
