Anthropic's channel combines introductions to Claude with a look at the research and applications surrounding AI systems. Product announcements appear alongside questions about model behaviour, the interpretation of reasoning and the use of AI in physical experiments. The perspective is that of the organisation presenting its own systems and work, which makes the videos useful for understanding how it describes its priorities and the problems it is trying to address.
Laboratory work is one distinctive strand. An episode takes viewers inside a molecular biology lab, while material about connecting models to physical equipment explores how AI might participate in experiments beyond a software interface. The Model Hardware Standard appears in that context as a subject connecting models and devices. These videos place the focus on interaction with the physical world, extending the discussion beyond generating text or assisting with code.
Another strand asks how to interpret what models do. Episodes about levels of Claude's thinking, translating internal processes into language and apparently emotional behaviour consider the gap between an observable response and an explanation of that response. Introductions to Claude Fable sit alongside those research questions, while Project Glasswing brings software security into the selection.
Developers and viewers interested in AI research can follow the channel to explore both proposed applications and the questions raised by model behaviour. Material about how Icelanders think about AI adds a social perspective to the technical subjects. The combination offers several ways to engage with the same technology: as a product to use, a system to study and a development whose place in everyday life remains a subject for discussion.

The Model Hardware Standard (MHS) is a new standard for AI agents to safely operate physical equipment in scientific research and advanced manufacturing.
MHS began as a collaboration between Anthropic’s Beneficial Deployments team and HHMI Janelia Research Campus. This video tells the story of how MHS was developed and shows how it can be used to accelerate scientific research.
MHS is now in research preview with select partners. Read more about how we're learning what AI can do in the physical world: https://www.anthropic.com/news/model-hardware-standard-research-preview
