Their web and mobile online learning platforms are built around a scientifically proven personality insights framework specially designed for young people. Social, practical and memorable – the students will want to keep using Persona, for life. A 2021 OECD survey showed 15 year-olds worldwide reporting 30% lower social-emotional skills than 10 year-olds. This has a major negative impact, not only on student wellbeing, but on schools, universities and employers.
