How can Ukraine’s recovery system be made more transparent, coordinated, and community-centered? This is precisely the focus of the presentation of the new RISE Ukraine Shadow Report. During the event, we will present the report's key findings and recommendations, as well as discuss with representatives of the government, local communities, international partners, and civil society: 🔹 how to transition from a fragmented recovery system to an integrated one 🔹 how to strengthen coordination between the government, the Reconstruction Agency, local communities, donors, and civil society 🔹 how to increase the efficiency of public investments and the DREAM system 🔹 how to put the "Build Back Better" principle into practice — through accessibility, energy resilience, environmental standards, and quality planning The program includes the presentation of the RISE Ukraine Shadow Report and two panel discussions featuring representatives from the government, local communities, international financial institutions, the expert community, and the RISE Ukraine coalition.
