Descrierea episodului
Sourab proves that, given enough drive and perseverance, you can work for a big company if you prepare on your own. He was a software engineering intern at Yahoo this summer, but he studied electrical engineering in his Bachelor’s and learned to code on the side. Today he was very happy to share his story with us. Programeaza-te la un call gratuit: https://cariera.wellcode.ro/?utm_source=yt&utm_campaign=the-try-everything-method We were fascinated by his ambition, because he didn't study Computer Science at first in University and discovered it later. He started solving programming problems alone and worked very hard in order to understand them without a programming background. The method he talks about in the video helped him a lot because now he can find solutions to various problems very fast on his own. We encourage you to do the same 🙂 In this video he talked about how to start when you don't have any experience and don't know what to do, how to pass interviews at big companies and, finally, how to become a good programmer. Listen closely for some funny stories inside Yahoo and other tech giants. Sourab is very curious by nature and picked up lots of stories from people who worked there or who knew the founders themselves.
