Descrierea episodului
Sebastien grew up believing chivalry made him a “good man”, until feminist thinkers revealed hidden layers of benevolent sexism. Through a striking personal story, he invites men to rethink the way they move through the world. What if modern chivalry wasn’t about opening doors, but opening safer spaces? Entrepreneur and activist, Sebastien bridges corporate experience and entrepreneurial spirit to promote gender equality and inclusion. After years in major companies, he founded Men at Work to turn men into agents of change within organizations. His activism drives one conviction: gender equality will only happen when men step up. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
