Privacy Policy

2. Scope

This privacy notice covers Innohub.fi and related services, including InnoRenki, InnoNPS, InnoDIA, InnoCRM, the Innohub shop, tools, newsletters, contact forms, chat widgets, SSO and payments where enabled.

3. Data and purposes

We process account, contact, customer relationship, billing, support, service content, technical log, consent, marketing and payment status data to provide the service, secure it, comply with law, manage customer relationships and improve the product. Legal bases include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, consent and documented customer instructions where we act as processor.

4. AI and processors

Main service data is hosted on the InnoVisual Oy server in Helsinki, Finland (UpCloud Oy). AI processing is intended to use Google Cloud Vertex AI in the EU (Google Cloud EU multi-region) and, where speech recognition is used, the Google Cloud Netherlands region (europe-west4). Named providers include UpCloud Oy, Domainhotelli / Planeetta Internet Oy, Google Cloud / Vertex AI, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Google Ireland Limited, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and the Burst Statistics analytics plugin running in Innohub’s own environment.

Cookies and InnoRenki visitor tracking

Cookie choices are managed with Innohub’s own consent tool; no external consent management provider is used. Your choice is stored in the innohub_cmp_consent cookie, which is kept for 180 days, and a copy is saved in your browser’s local storage. Site statistics (Burst Statistics) and InnoRenki visitor tracking are activated only if you accept analytics cookies.

InnoRenki visitor tracking is InnoVisual Oy’s own service that shows us which pages of the site are being viewed at any given moment. Once you have accepted analytics cookies:

• Identifiers stored in your browser: a random visitor ID ic_ICLIVEinnovi_visitor in local storage (kept until you withdraw consent or clear your browser storage) and a visit ID ic_ICLIVEinnovi_visit in session storage (removed when you close the tab). Visitor tracking does not set cookies or send cookies to the server.
• Data sent: the page address and title, the referring page, campaign UTM parameters, whether the page is still open, and the identifiers above. Data is sent roughly every 20 seconds while the page is visible, as well as when you move to another page or leave the site.
• Additional data stored on the server: your browser’s user agent and your country. Your full IP address is not stored; only a salted hash of the shortened address (IPv4 /24, IPv6 /48) is kept.
• Location and retention: the data is processed on the InnoRenki server in Helsinki, Finland (UpCloud Oy). The retention period for visitor data is 30 days. Older data is deleted in scheduled retention runs, which take place quarterly.
• Legal basis and withdrawal: processing is based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings; tracking then stops and the identifiers are removed from your browser.

Customer content is not used to train general AI models unless separately agreed. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use in important decisions.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or object to processing where applicable by contacting tietosuoja@innohub.fi. If we process data on behalf of a customer, we may direct the request to that customer or assist them under the applicable data processing agreement.
