Cocooni kanal käsitleb tööalast rahulolu, enesetunnetust ning isiklikku arengut. Lähtekohaks kujunevad olukorrad, kus inimene tunneb end paigale jäänuna, kaotab suunataju või hakkab oma seniseid valikuid uuesti läbi mõtlema. Läti- ja ingliskeelsete pealkirjadega videote seas leidub veebiseminari salvestus, kohtumise tutvustus ning vestlussarju. Äriline tegevus põimub siin isiklike küsimustega: mida oma töös otsida, kuidas rolli mõista ning mille järgi edasisi samme valida.
Töös tekkinud seisakust rahuloluni liikumist käsitlev veebiseminar annab ühe selge teematelje. Teistes videotes küsitakse, kuidas inimesi hoiavad paigal nende harjumused või suhted ning kuidas kuulata tähelepanelikumalt enda kogemust. Isikliku arengu tumedamat poolt puudutav käsitlus lisab samasse arutellu kriitilise nurga. Nii saab jälgida ka küsimust, millal soov paremaks muutuda ise pingeallikaks kujuneb.
