She aims to translate organizational and individual needs into rapid action plans for high performance. She has shared with us more about her management plan in the interview below. "The essence of it is transparency. We really strive to have a very transparent two-way dialogue with our people." Andreea has a background in Psychology and Human Resources in Romania. She has been growing with the team since 2018 when she first collaborated with UiPath as an external coach. She officially joined the company in 2019, as VP of Global Talent Development working with a multi-generational, remote, international team. UiPath’s CCO has been endorsed as a facilitator of change and her methods are tailored to each employee.
